Athlete Spotlight

Coaches are often awestricken when we come across an athlete that comes ready to work every practice. One that pushes past  their individual limits. One with an eagerness to learn, and accepts criticism and praise all with the same fervor. I'm glad to have an athlete like Adeja Carter!
Building on a promising 2010 season, and taking a journey into the 1500m and 3000m, Adeja has made her first Jr. Olympic Games. She has worked tirelessly, improving her technique, endurance, and race strategy. She's on the verge of a very successful season.
God's Speed!
